The breakfast menu will be subject to changes depending on availability of fresh product on the island.

Breakfast Menu

Breakfast is served during high season (Nov. 15th – Apr. 30th) Sunday – Thursday from  7:30 am – 9:00 am

Along with the gourmet choice of the day featured below, you have four other daily choices:

  • Traditional: Home-fried potatoes, 2 eggs – any way you like them, choice of ham, bacon or maple sausage links and toast: rye, whole wheat or white
  • Parfait: Layers of Greek vanilla yogurt, home-made granola and fresh fruit
  • McSeaside: Fried egg, cheese and ham sandwich on a toasted English muffin*
  • Grab & Go: Toasted bagel (whole wheat or everything) with cream cheese or a toasted, buttered English muffin with assorted jams and peanut butter on the side*

These two choices can be wrapped in foil for the vacationer on the go!

 

~ Sunday ~

Yummy banana nut bread French toast served with butter, drizzled with maple syrup, warmed sliced bananas and walnuts, garnished with a sprinkle of powdered sugar

~ Monday ~

Scrumptious breakfast burritos, stuffed with scrambled eggs, potatoes, cheese and green chili, topped with salsa and sour cream

~ Tuesday ~

Old-fashioned country skillet breakfast with home-fried potatoes, sausage, onion and scrambled eggs, topped with shredded cheddar cheese

~ Wednesday ~

Mexican flare cast iron skillet breakfast. Combination of chorizo, potatoes, sweet pepper, black beans, green chilies, onion, topped with scrambled eggs and melted monterey jack cheese

~ Thursday ~

Two delicate herb crepes, generously stuffed with scrambled eggs, diced ham and melted sharp cheddar cheese served with a drizzle of hollandaise sauce
