Home-fried potatoes, 2 eggs – any way you like them, choice of ham, bacon or maple sausage links and toast: rye, whole wheat or white
Layers of Greek vanilla yogurt, home-made granola and fresh fruit

Toasted bagel (whole wheat or everything) with cream cheese or a toasted, buttered English muffin with assorted jams and peanut butter on the side*??
